Dale is a jouster on the Ohio renaissance fair scene and a real lady killer. The tucked-in, long-sleeved, canyon scenic jersey looks particularly nice. Also, though he'd probably deny it, he IS wearing pinstriped jeans. Note how the mullet rests atop his head at such a jaunty angle. Perhaps this is representative of the fact that this mull is feeling a bit off center due to the peyote he's been consuming all day.
